2010 Invitational Tournaments

The Mathewson McCarthy Baseball invitational tournaments are back for the summer of 2010. The invitational tournament divisions (8 & under, 9 & under, 10 & under [B], and 11 & under) are open to all tournament and all-star teams. Tournaments start on Wednesday with the semifinals and finals on Sunday. Each team is guaranteed 3 games with a crossover semifinal and final format. All games will be played at the expanded Wehrle baseball complex (behind Erie Community College). The complex is complete with a fully stocked concession stand and permanent restroom facilities. The dates and costs of the divisions are listed below. A maximum of 12 teams per level will be allowed, sign up now to guarantee your team a spot in these tournaments. 
 
 
 
   
  • 9 & Under, July 14 – July 18, $ 250.00
  • 10 & Under (B), July 14 – July 18, $ 250.00 (10UB teams invited)
  • 8 & Under, July 21 - July 25, $ 250.00 (Pitching Machine) 
  • 11 & Under, July 21 - July 25, $ 250.00 (a mixed tournament, with 11UA and 11UB teams invited)
  •  Additional Information

- All players must be the correct age for their division as of April 30th.

- “Player of the Game” award to be presented to each team every game.

-  Individual and team trophies awarded to Division winner.
